Job Description

• We are seeking a Procurement Officer to manage sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain operations efficiently.
• The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in procurement and supply management, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to optimize purchasing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement processes, including vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, and purchasing.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure timely availability of goods and services.
• Utilize procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems) for efficient tracking and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry regulations.
• Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2 - 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Professional certifications are an advantage:
  • Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS)
  • Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM)
  • Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
