Job Title: Real Estate Marketing Lead

Location: Aleshiloye, Ibadan - Oyo

Key Responsibilites

• Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans, aligned with business objectives, to promote our properties and services.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
• Brand Management: Maintain and enhance our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
• Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
• Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content, including brochures, videos, and website content.
• Event Planning: Organize and execute marketing events, such as property launches, open houses, and customer appreciation events.
• Budgeting and Reporting: Manage marketing budgets, track expenses, and provide regular reports on marketing performance and ROI.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer service, and other departments to ensure aligned goals and effective communication.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform marketing strategies and optimize results.
• Stay Up-to-Date: Keep current with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Qualification: HND / BSc
• Experience: 2-3 years.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
