Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at The Solid Star Paradise in Abuja.
- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and overseeing sales activities to drive revenue and market expansion.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with 2-4 years work experience.
- Sales, Business Development, and Marketing skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Experience in real estate or property management
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Must be Knowledgeable of the real estate market in Abuja
- Preferrably candidates resident around the Asokoro, Karu, Nyanya, Mararaba axis.
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
