About the Role

• We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to join a dynamic and rapidly growing organization in the agro-allied space. 
• In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving financial strategy, ensuring operational efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to align with strategic objectives.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks to protect the company's assets and reputation.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and support business growth.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA) is essential
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, 3 to 5 in a senior finance role
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and tax regulations
• Proven track record in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, MS Office Suite)
