Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:

• Source, screen, and interview top talent.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Requirements
What We are Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of a year in recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Industry Knowledge: HR, recruitment strategies, and hiring trends.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and sourcing expertise.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
