Job Description

• We are seeking a Tech Lawyer to join our team as a collaborator. 
• In this role, you will provide legal guidance on technology-related matters, including intellectual property, data privacy, compliance, and contract negotiations. 
• You will work closely with tech teams, startups, and businesses to navigate the legal complexities of the digital landscape.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate technology-related contracts and agreements.
• Advise on data privacy laws, cybersecurity regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Assist in intellectual property protection, licensing, and trademarks.
• Provide legal support for tech startups and corporate digital initiatives.
• Stay updated on emerging technology laws and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Law Degree with expertise in technology law.
• Experience in IT contracts, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
