We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Warehouse Administrator

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Receiving incoming shipments, verifying quantities against purchase orders, and updating inventory records.
• Performing the cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels and identify discrepancies.
• Managing stock rotation to ensure proper product expiry management.
• Picking and packing orders according to customer requirements.
• Coordinating outbound shipments, including generating shipping labels and documentation.
• Entering data into the WMS system regarding stock levels, locations, and shipment details.
• Generating reports on inventory levels, stock turnover, and order fulfillment metrics.
• Analyzing data to identify potential issues and recommend improvements.
• Scheduling and assigning tasks to warehouse staff based on workload and priorities.
• Overseeing warehouse layout and organization to optimize space utilization.
• Monitoring and enforcing warehouse safety procedures and compliance with regulations.
• Identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and data entry
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain principles
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
