Job Title: IT Support Engineer

Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a highly skilled and certified IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure. 
• This role is crucial in maintaining optimal performance and resolving technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level and second-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and application problems for end users.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Monitor IT systems for security vulnerabilities and apply necessary patches and updates.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches.
• Train and support end users on IT best practices and company technology policies.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for procurement and system upgrades.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and MacOS.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the Nigerian tech industry is an added advantage.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
