Job Overview

• We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with 7-10 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the Oil & Gas, FMCG, Consulting, or Fintech industries. 
• This role will be responsible for overseeing key HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes.
• Manage employee relations, fostering a positive work culture and resolving conflicts.
• Oversee performance management, including setting goals, feedback, and development programs.
• Develop competitive compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Provide strategic HR advice to senior management, driving initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Monitor HR metrics and make recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification
• 7 - 10 years of HR experience in Oil & Gas, FMCG, Consulting, or Fintech sectors.
• CIPD and/or SPHR certification.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and performance management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.

Salary
N700,000 - N800,000 / month.
