Job Title: Geologist / Geophysicist
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- We are seeking a Geologist, Geophysicist, or Civil Engineer with expertise in piling and experience working in a marine environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-plan projects prior to site mobilization
- Develop and implement Data Acquisition Plans
- Select appropriate seismic measurement and data processing techniques
- Offer geophysical support and provide technical advice and guidance
- Be available for offshore assignments when required
Qualifications
- A strong First Degree in Geology, Geophysics, or Civil Engineering, with at least 7-10 years of experience in piling and working in marine environments.
- A Second Degree is advantageous.
Other Skills:
- Strong IT skills for data processing and creating 3D models of geophysical features
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
