Job Description

• Develop and customize international holiday packages tailored to clients’ preferences.
• Manage domestic and international hotel bookings efficiently.
• Coordinate protocol services, including airport meet-and-greet and VIP assistance.
• Arrange car bookings and transportation services for clients.
• Provide expert advice on travel and tourism options to clients.
• Ensure seamless travel arrangements by liaising with travel service providers.
• Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and tourism regulations.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Process payments and manage travel documentation with precision.

Requirements

• University graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the travel and tourism industry.
• Strong knowledge of international holiday package creation.
• Experience in hotel bookings (domestic and international), protocol arrangements, and car rental services.
• Previous experience in a Travel & Tourism or Tourism Company is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Must have the legal right to work in Nigeria.
