Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Project Manager on behalf of our client with a strong background in managing training initiatives.
• The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of training projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills, as well as a passion for facilitating learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Development: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Team Leadership: Assemble and lead cross-functional teams, providing clear direction and motivation
• Training Program Management: Oversee the design and development of training programs, ensuring content aligns with organisational goals and learner needs.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
• Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and utilisation of resources. o Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving measures as necessary.
• Quality Assurance and Evaluation: Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business, Project Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on training or educational programs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering them on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N350,000 - N500,000 monthly.
