About the Role

• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to drive growth and expand our presence in the hospitality industry.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, and developing strategies to increase revenue and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create promotional strategies.
• Negotiate contracts, partnerships, and agreements to expand the business.
• Monitor sales performance and provide insights for improvement.
• Organize and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
• Prepare business proposals, reports, and presentations for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and hospitality trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and develop strategic partnerships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
