About the Role

• We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Finance to oversee our financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive financial planning and strategy. 
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, budgeting, and risk assessment, with the ability to provide financial insights that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business performance.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls.
• Monitor cash flow, financial reporting, and cost management.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with senior management to support business objectives.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA, CPA) is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, with at least [5] years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
