Job Summary

• We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to build and manage the company’s online presence. 
• The ideal candidate will create engaging content, interact with audiences, and implement digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content.
• Monitor social media trends and adjust content accordingly.
• Track analytics and report on social media performance.
• Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to enhance online branding.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Content Engagement:

• Achieve at least 3-5% engagement rate per post.
• Increase post reach by 20% within six months.

Audience Growth:

• Grow followers by at least 10-15% monthly.
• Maintain an active response rate of 90%+ to comments and DMs.

Brand Awareness & Visibility:

• Post at least four high-quality content pieces per week.
• Collaborate with at least two influencers or brand partners quarterly.

Lead Generation & Conversion:

• Generate at least 10% of business leads through social media efforts.
• Convert 15% of inquiries into consultations or sales.

Requirements

• OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in social media management.
• Strong knowledge of social media trends and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and content creation skills.

Salary
N100,000 / month.
