Job Title: Corporate Modern Trade Executive
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement modern trade strategies to drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with supermarkets, hypermarkets, and other key retail chains.
- Identify new business opportunities within the modern trade sector.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional deals with retail partners.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure effective merchandising and brand visibility in modern trade outlets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product supply and distribution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in modern trade sales within the FMCG industry.
- Strong network with supermarkets, hypermarkets, and major retail chains.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
