Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our customer base. 
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, team leadership, business strategies and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop sales campaigns and promotional strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and performance reports.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Represent Virgin-Landmarts Limited at networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. 
  • MSc is an added advantage
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales/business development, in real estate would be an advantage.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Great networking skills and sales professional
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, persuasion and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
