• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals
• Develop new recipes and products as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Baker
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredientsand equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
