We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Inventory Officer 

Location: Ajao Estate, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Receive and dispatch goods: Receive, store, and issue goods, and ensure that they are authorized and accounted for
• Maintain records: Keep accurate records of inventory, including quantity, quality, and type
• Analyze stock levels: Monitor stock levels and implement procedures to avoid stockouts and excess inventory
• Prepare purchase orders: Find sources of supply, obtain quotes, and prepare purchase orders
• Prepare inventories: Prepare inventories and periodic statistics
• Implement inventory control: Implement procedures to ensure that inventory is controlled and that no inventory is taken out without approval.

Skills and Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an HND / OND qualification with 2 - 3 years work experience.
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficiency in data management tools and inventory management software.

Salary
N80,000 / month.
