Job Description

• We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our social media presence, engage our audience, and drive brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement
• Research and develop quality and engaging content for the company’s social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
• Manage all paid advertising campaigns to drive the company's awareness and lead-generation efforts
• Monitor and report trends in social media tools, applications, design, and strategy as related to the company’s image
• Manage Sproxil's social media channels by creating and posting curated contents that appeal to Sproxil's ideal audience and showcase our amazing company culture.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and build community relationships
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics, generating reports and insights for improvement

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or a related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, design tools, analytics tools, and paid advertising
• Excellent content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive engagement and brand growth.
