We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant and Admin Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure the smooth functioning of all departments.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure the timely procurement of supplies.
  • Manage and coordinate complex schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handle personal and professional correspondence, emails, and phone calls
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Coordinate events, vendors, and other operational activities.

Requirements

  • HND / BSc Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in administration, operations management, executive assistant or a similar role.
  • Proficient in using operations management software and tools.
