Job Description

• CD Hospitality Services is seeking well-spoken, professional, and courteous ushers to join our team. 
• As an usher, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of events by assisting guests, providing directions, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide guests at events, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Provide information and assistance in a professional and friendly manner.
• Ensure crowd control and maintain order as needed.
• Support event organizers with seating arrangements and guest management.
• Follow event protocols and maintain a presentable appearance.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and a well-spoken manner.
• Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours.
• Prior ushering or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to handle guests professionally.
