Job Description
- Ensure the bank complies with all regulatory and legal requirements while maintaining strong governance practices.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including regulators, shareholders, and key clients.
- Oversee financial performance, ensuring sustainable profitability and efficient cost.
- Strong understanding of the microfinance space and network.
- Most be MCP certified.
Major Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or professional qualification preferred).
- A minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of strategic planning, business growth, and operational excellence
- Strong understanding of banking regulations, financial markets, and risk management frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
