We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Restaurant Waitress

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure tables are set, clean, and presentable before and after customers arrive.
• Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Process payments and issue receipts using POS systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the dining area and service stations.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling procedures.
• Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance customer experience and maximize sales.

Requirements & Qualifications

• OND qualification
• 3 - 5 years experience as a waitress or in a similar customer service role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry trays.
