Job Title: In-store Sales Executive

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused In-store Sales Executive to join our team at Adler Technology. 
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs and preferences.
  • Recommend products based on customer needs and desires, ensuring a high level of product knowledge.
  • Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and promotions to drive sales.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Process POS (point of sale) purchases and manage cash transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly stocked and displayed.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Participate in store events, promotions, and product launches as required.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Strong sales skills and ability to meet targets.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma; additional certification in Sales or Marketing will be a plus.
