Job Title: Financial Controller (FINCON)
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor cash flow, financial planning, and risk management.
- Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and controls.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional qualification preferred).
- 8 years proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar senior finance role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
