Job Summary
- The Corporate Support Services Manager is responsible for overseeing administrative operations, facility management, and corporate services to ensure smooth business operations.
- The role involves managing office logistics, vendor relationships, compliance, and internal support functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage corporate support functions, including office administration, facility management, and procurement.
- Ensure effective vendor management, contract negotiation, and service delivery.
- Oversee workplace safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement policies for corporate services and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate office logistics, maintenance, and space management.
- Monitor budgets and expenditures related to corporate support functions.
- Provide strategic support to management on operational improvements.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Education: BSc / HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in corporate services, administration, or facility management, preferably in the mobile or technology industry.
