Job Title: Corporate Support Services Manager 

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Corporate Support Services Manager is responsible for overseeing administrative operations, facility management, and corporate services to ensure smooth business operations. 
  • The role involves managing office logistics, vendor relationships, compliance, and internal support functions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage corporate support functions, including office administration, facility management, and procurement.
  • Ensure effective vendor management, contract negotiation, and service delivery.
  • Oversee workplace safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement policies for corporate services and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate office logistics, maintenance, and space management.
  • Monitor budgets and expenditures related to corporate support functions.
  • Provide strategic support to management on operational improvements.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Education: BSc / HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in corporate services, administration, or facility management, preferably in the mobile or technology industry.
