We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Client Service / Front Desk Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: NYSC

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an enthusiastic NYSC member to join our team as a Client Service / Front Desk Officer.
  • The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and manage front desk operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management:

  • Welcome and attend to visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Address client concerns, identify solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence on platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
  • Post engaging content and track performance across multiple accounts.

General Operations Management:

  • Provide clients with regular updates on project progress.
  • Manage customer data with accuracy and ensure privacy.
  • Develop and implement feedback or complaints procedures for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Must be a current NYSC member.
  • Must reside in Lekki or surrounding areas.
  • Preferably Female (for gender balance).
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, sense of humor, and passion for fostering meaningful client interactions.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
