Job Title: Junior Finance Officer

Job Summary

• This role is for a detail-oriented Junior Finance Officer to support the finance team in managing day-to-day financial operations.
• The ideal candidate will assist in financial record-keeping, budgeting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Process and reconcile invoices, payments, and expenses.
• Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist in payroll processing and tax filings.
• Support bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Assist with bank transactions.
• Help with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and data entry.
• Assist in financial forecasting and analysis.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Stay updated on financial regulations and compliance requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in financial reporting and budgeting, will be an added advantage.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
