Job Title: Evaluation Officer

Locations: Abuja, Lagos, Ibadan, Oyo, Ille-Ife, Osun and Kano States.
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Summary

• We are seeking an Evaluation Officer to conduct the profiling and evaluation of prospective customers upon their arrival at the Gamma Mobility Hub.
• The Evaluation Officer will be responsible for assessing applicants' creditworthiness, verifying provided information, and ensuring compliance with eligibility criteria.
• This role requires keen attention to detail, analytical skills, and adherence to risk management guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify prospects based on predetermined criteria to ensure alignment with the target market.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of asset loan applications to determine creditworthiness and overall risk profile.
• Assessing the financial position and credibility of applicants seeking assets
• Interviewing applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting assets.
• Ensure the quality of the guarantor submitted by prospects meets the company's standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of related work experience
• Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies
• Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment.
