Job Title: Legal Officer

Location: Ode Remo, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Provide legal Advice and guidance on various matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standard
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B)
• Professional certification (e.g Bar Association)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal practice
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Excellent communication, Negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Age range: 25 - 40 (Male).
