Location: Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan, Kano & P/Harcourt
Role Summary
To achieve Business Unit's Business Plan as approved by management.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Formulate, operate and manage business plans that are capable of meeting management’s set performance objectives
- Optimally manage all resources (Human Resources, Marketing, Assets, Customers, Operations, etc) of the centre to achieve set objectives.
- Provide effective and efficient Business leadership that are result-oriented.
- Sets and maintains productivity standards at par or higher than existing HiiT Policies.
- Optimize Product development & Innovations options
Qualification & Experience
- Candidate must hold B.Sc/HND in any Field.
- Minimum 5 years post-NYSC experience as a Team Lead from an organization from either Training or Service Industry.
- Excellent leadership, Communication, Customer Service, Project Management and HR Skills.
- Demonstrable capacity to plan, present and implement budgets.
- Proven track record of performance..
