Job Title: Contract Supervisor

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Supervisor to oversee contract execution, compliance, and vendor relationships.
• The role requires strong negotiation skills and attention to detail to ensure cost-effective and high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and clients.
• Ensure contract compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor contract execution to prevent disputes and ensure deliverables are met.
• Coordinate with legal, procurement, and operations teams to streamline contract processes.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect company interests.
• Maintain accurate contract documentation and track contract milestones.
• Evaluate vendor performance and recommend improvements or contract adjustments.
• Provide reports and updates to senior management on contract performance.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the General Manager or Board of Directors.

Job Requirements

• Education: BSc / HND in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA or MSc) is an added advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in contract management, procurement, or legal affairs within the oil & gas servicing industry.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, contract drafting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Salary
