Job Title: Marketing & Customer Relations Manager (x5)
Location: Lagos Abuja, Ibadan, Kano & P/Harcourt
Role Summary
Marketing and Customer Relations Management through leading the planning, execution, monitoring & control of the marketing plan to achieve sales targets and market share objectives.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive and fully integrated marketing plan.
- Develop marketing strategies to target relevant prospects segments and ensure their conversion to sales (Students/Clients) to meet sales target.
- Conduct appropriate market/product researches in support of our business goals
- Monitor and control centre marketing activities, expenses, results and other targets periodically
Qualification & Experience
- Candidate must hold B.Sc/HND, Marketing or any other Social Science discipline. MBA could be an advantage
- At least 4 years post-NYSC experience in Marketing & Customer Relations capacity from an organization from either Training or Service Industry
- Excellent leadership, Communication, Customer Service, Project Management and HR Skills.
- Demonstrable capacity to plan, present and implement budgets.
- Proven track record of performance.
- Possess HiiT ICT Proficiency License.
- Less than 35 years Old
