Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Development and Partnership Associate to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying, evaluating, and cultivating strategic partnership opportunities.
• Support the development and execution of business development strategies.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and other materials for partnership meetings.
• Manage and track partnership pipelines, agreements, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.
• Provide insights and recommendations on potential growth opportunities.
• Assist in contract review and partnership due diligence processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, consulting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a collaborative attitude.
