Requirement and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Year of Experience required: 0-3years
- Professional certification is desirable but not compulsory.
- Knowledge of construction contracts and contractual procedures.
- Knowledge of quantity surveying software and MS Office Suite.
- Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
