Job Title: GM, HiiT Publishing Division
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Role Summary
To achieve Sales Targets, Profits and Market Shares objectives per business plan, as approved by management, through creative management of our Intellectual Property, Production, Marketing and Sales, Logistics and Accounting.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Formulate, operate and manage business plans that are capable of meeting management set business objectives.
- Optimally manage all resources (Human Resources, Marketing, Assets, Customers, Operations, Accounts, etc) of the division to achieve set business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand existing market penetration and enter new markets.
- Provide effective and efficient Business leadership that are result-oriented.
- Sets and maintains productivity standards at par or higher than existing HiiT Policies.
- Ensure prompt division’s debt recovery and maintains debt profile within management’s approved tolerance.
- Initiate and optimize Product development & Innovations options.
Qualification & Experience
- Candidate must hold B.Sc/HND, Printing Technology or any other Social Sciences discipline. MBA could be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years experience at Head of Function Level in a reputable company that include Marketing and Customer Relations Management.
- Excellent Leadership, Communication, Project Management, Customer Service and HR Skills.
- Demonstrable capacity to plan, present and implement budgets.
- Proven track record of performance.
- Possess HiiT ICT Proficiency License.
