Job Title: Front Office Manager
Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Customer Service – Ensure guests receive prompt, professional, and high-quality service at all times.
- Team Leadership – Supervise and mentor front office staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
- Budget & Resource Management – Allocate and manage financial and operational resources effectively.
- Process Optimization – Regularly review and enhance front office procedures, including guest check-ins, complaints handling, and record-keeping.
- Safety Protocols – Implement and enforce measures to protect guests, staff, and property.
- Guest Services Coordination – Oversee concierge services, transportation arrangements, and luggage assistance to enhance guest experience.
- Reservations & Inventory Management – Supervise reservation procedures, room allocations, rate management, and inventory control for optimal occupancy.

- Strong Leadership & Team Management – Ability to guide, train, and inspire a high-performing front office team.
- Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills – Handle guest interactions with professionalism and empathy.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 per month.
