We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless production, sales, and customer experience.
• Develop and execute business growth strategies, including marketing, sales, and brand positioning.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships to maintain quality and timely delivery.
• Lead and motivate a small but growing team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
• Handle inventory management, ensuring stock levels align with demand.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and profitability goals.
• Enhance customer experience and engagement, both in-store and online.

What We’re Looking for

• Experience in retail, fashion, luxury goods, or lifestyle brand management.
• Strong business acumen with a passion for design, fashion, and branding.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of e-commerce, digital marketing, and retail operations is a plus.

Salary
N200,000 monthly.
