Job Title: Human Resource Manager - IR / Fleet Management

Location: Tin Can, Apapa, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Lagos, Tin Can. 
  • The successful candidate will have a solid background inIndustrial Relations (IR) and Fleet Management with ability to speak or understand Hausa, in addition to general HR responsibilities. 
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working in the FMCG/Manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Manage Industrial Relations, including labor disputes, negotiations, and union relations
  • Oversee Fleet Management, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Lead recruitment, talent management, and employee development initiatives
  • Conduct investigations, handle disciplinary actions, and resolve employee conflicts
  • Analyze HR metrics, provide insights, and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement business strategies
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on IR and Fleet Management
  • Experience working in the FMCG/Manufacturing industry is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulations
  • Ability to speak or understand Hausa
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
