Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Production Manager with 10-15 years of experience in the beverage manufacturing industry, specifically with a strong understanding of the yoghurt production process. 
• The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of production, ensure optimal efficiency, and maintain high-quality standards throughout the production line. 
• This role requires hands-on leadership and a deep knowledge of production operations in a yoghurt manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire production process, including the planning, scheduling, and execution of yoghurt production.
• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high product quality and consistency.
• Optimize production processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and resource utilization.
• Supervise and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify and resolve any operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality control, and other departments to ensure smooth production operations.
• Lead initiatives for process improvements, product innovation, and production capacity expansion.
• Maintain and manage production inventory levels, ensuring raw materials and finished goods are available for production demands.
• Prepare and present regular production reports to senior management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in production management, specifically within the beverage manufacturing industry.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the yoghurt production process.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and quality regulations in food and beverage manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
