Description

• Our client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager with a strong background in beverage production and expertise in Tetra Pak and Sidel production lines.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing equipment maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime, and optimizing production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all machinery and equipment, particularly Tetra Pak and Sidel production lines.
• Lead troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to enhance overall manufacturing efficiency.
• Manage spare parts inventory and procurement to minimize equipment failure risks.
• Develop and train the maintenance team to enhance technical capabilities and performance.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND, Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
• 10-15 years of experience in maintenance management within the beverage manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of Tetra Pak and Sidel production lines.
• Proven experience in equipment troubleshooting, process optimization, and preventive maintenance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
