Job Description
- As the Regional Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple engineering projects across our regional office locations.
- Your keen insights and exemplary leadership skills will be instrumental in coordinating efforts between teams, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and direct teams of engineers to achieve project objectives
- Formulate strategy and objectives for engineering projects
- Ensure project compliance with industry and company standards
- Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting guidance
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Monitor performance analytics, using data to drive process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- An advanced degree or Project Management certification is a plus
- Proven management experience in an engineering setting
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong decision-making abilities and leadership qualities
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Proficient in relevant engineering software and applications.
Salary
N300,000 - N10,000,000 / Annually.
