Beebeejump International Limited is into the sales of solar batteries, panels and other accessories.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: After Sales Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for product repair, testing and maintenance to ensure functionality.
• Able to read and interpret electronic circuit diagrams and analyze faults based on these diagrams.
• Proficient in using soldering iron and other repair tools to solder and replace motherboard hardware
• Communicate with customers and technical team to address aftersales technical issues.
• Assist the technical team improving product design to reduce failure rate.
• Install solar panels and resolve inverter issues.
• Familiar with the Installation of both on-grid and off-grid solar installation

Requirements / Qualifications

• Graduate of Electrical/Electronics Engineering or any course related to electrical technology
• Minimum 2 years practical experience as an aftersales Engineer or after-sales officer in a solar company
• Must live close proximity to Ojodu, Ikeja, Ogba, Ojota, Ketu, Agege
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willing to do on-site/field works
• Excellent time management, Communication and customer relationship management skill.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Skilled in soldering techniques.
• Familiar with electric circuit faults.
