Job Summary

• We're seeking an experienced Credit and Risk Manager to assess creditworthiness, manage risk, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate loan applications and assess credit risks
• Develop risk mitigation strategies
• Monitor credit portfolio and prepare reports
• Ensure compliance with CBN regulations
• Lead and train junior credit analysts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in credit risk management
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of CBN regulations and credit risk management best practices
