Job Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Strong leadership skills with a firm and disciplined approach.
• Demonstrated experience in scaling business operations and implementing effective systems.
• Tech-savvy with a deep understanding of innovative solutions and tools.
• Ability to identify talent and build solid teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and execution skills.
• Fluency in Yoruba or any native Nigerian language is an added advantage.
