Job Title: Technical Management Trainee

Ref: MT-01
Location: Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

• Management of network fault and resolution.
• Diagnosis, neutralization, correction of hardware, software and configuration.
• Manages escalated tickets in a timely and effective manner.
• Responsible for installing, preparing and troubleshooting Telecoms network equipment.
• Responsible for modifying the circuitry to improve the network performance.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• First Class or Minimum of Second Class Upper in Electrical/Electronic of Telecommunications Engineering or other related discipline.
• A Postgraduate degree or professional certification in Telecommunication or Engineering Field will be an added advantage.
• Must have completed NYSC.
• 0-2 years experience in Telecommunications
• Not more than 30 Years of age.
• Must be prepared to work in any part of Nigeria. Good knowledge of MS Office suite will be an added advantage.
