Job Title: Assistant Facility Manager

Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance, security, and general management of residential and commercial properties.
- Coordinate repairs, cleaning, waste management, and general facility upkeep.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and vendor contracts.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Serve as a point of contact for tenants and resolve facility-related issues.
- Supervise facility staff and service providers.
