Job Title: Infrastructure and Facility / Asset Coordinator

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time with flexible work plan.

Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure & Asset Coordinator to oversee our IT infrastructure, manage physical assets, and handle procurement processes. 
  • This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of company assets while optimizing resources efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees maintenance of the organization's infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, cloud services, and other office assets and facilities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all company assets, including IT equipment and office facilities.
  • Oversee the maintenance and functionality of office facilities to provide a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Optimize the performance and reliability of office assets and supplies by identifying opportunities for upgrades, replacements, and improvements.
  • Implement and enforce security protocols and standards to safeguard and protect sensitive data.
  • Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier negotiations.
  • Provide regular technical reports to senior management on infrastructure health, asset status, system performance, and project updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, IT, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in infrastructure/asset management.
  • Strong understanding of asset/facility management.
  • Strong understanding of IT security, data protection, and compliance regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
