Job Description
- Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
- Implementing new sales plans and generating new customers/clients for the Company’s products.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
- Direct and coordinate company sales and marketing functions.
- Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology.
- Direct and oversee the company marketing function to identify and develop new customers for products and services.
- Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
- Create effective plans to promote products, boost the brand, and customize campaigns for target audiences.
- Drive your team to success with clear targets and high standards for profitability.
- Work with other teams to align strategies for maximum impact.
- Ensure cost-effective marketing and sales activities within budgets to maximize returns.
- Use data insights to adapt campaigns and stay competitive.
- Use online tools to grow your brand, engage customers, and measure campaign success.
- Build long-term client connections by understanding needs and providing value.
- Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
- Ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
- Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
- Represents the company's brand and drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends
- Identify potential customers and market segments through market research, industry analysis, and customer profiling.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote products or services, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and pitches to prospective clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze sales data to evaluate effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitive activities, and customer preferences to inform product development, pricing strategies, and sales forecasts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales and marketing, participating in training programs, workshops, and professional development activities.
- Contribute to the development of sales forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans, providing input and insights to support business growth objectives.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field with a passion for sales
